Delivery Coverage:
We provide delivery across the entire United States and worldwide.

Order Processing:
Order processing and size adjustments take 1–2 business days. Please provide accurate and up-to-date contact details so our manager can reach you quickly. Our team will contact you during the business hours of your country of residence.

Shipping Origin:
Deliveries to the USA and other countries are shipped from our warehouses in Greece, Turkey, and UkraineDelivery

Time:
Shipping times vary based on the U.S. state or destination country, local customs regulations, and the country of dispatch. On average, delivery takes approximately 5–14 business days. Our managers maintain constant communication, and if you provide the correct contact information, we will notify you in advance of any updates.

Free Shipping & Customs:
Shipping is complimentary for all orders, regardless of the amount. Please note, however, that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with the legislation of the destination country.

Packaging & Tracking:
Each item is individually packed in branded protective packaging. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Special items:
Due to regulatory restrictions, we are unable to ship exotic skins to California.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

Return Period:
Items may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unworn and in original condition.
  • The original chip attached to the garment must be intact.
  • All tags and seals must be preserved.
  • Returns must be sent back to the same warehouse address from which the order was dispatched.

Inspection & Refund:
After a detailed inspection by our experts, refunds will be issued within 10 business days. Since shipping is complimentary, no shipping fees will be deducted. However, please note that customs duties and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer, in line with the legislation of the destination country.

Exclusions:

  • Returns are not accepted for custom-made or special orders.
  • For garments made of mink, chinchilla, sable, marten, and lynx, returns are not possible. Only exchanges for a larger or smaller size or tailoring adjustments (repairs, modifications) are available.

Damaged Items:
If an item is damaged during transportation, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
