Shipping Origin
Your orders are shipped from our warehouses located in Greece, Turkey, and Ukraine.
Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on your U.S. state or destination country, local customs regulations, and the country of dispatch. On average, delivery takes approximately 5–14 business days. Our managers maintain constant communication, and if you provide the correct contact information, we will notify you in advance of any updates.
Shipping Costs & Customs Duties
Shipping is complimentary for all orders, regardless of the total amount. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility, in accordance with the legislation of the destination country.
Packaging and Tracking Information
Each item is individually packed in branded protective packaging. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email for your convenience.
Special Items
Due to regulatory restrictions, we regret to inform you that we are unable to ship exotic skins to California.
Return and Exchange Policy
Return Period
Items may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unworn and in original condition.
- The original chip attached to the garment must be intact.
- All tags and seals must be preserved.
- Returns must be sent back to the same warehouse address from which the order was dispatched.
Inspection and Refund Process
After a detailed inspection by our experts, refunds will be issued within 10 business days. Since shipping is complimentary, no shipping fees will be deducted. However, please note that customs duties and import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer, inline with the legislation of the destination country.
