OMRIYA LLC provides international purchase coordination services and does not warehouse or physically ship the products displayed on this website.

Products are dispatched to customers by independent international suppliers and logistics providers.

OMRIYA assists with coordinating order information, shipment arrangements and communication between the customer and the relevant parties.

2. Shipping Origin

The country and location of dispatch depend on the independent supplier responsible for the product.

Products may be dispatched from countries outside the United States, including locations in Europe and other international markets.

OMRIYA LLC does not operate the warehouses from which physical products are dispatched.

3. Order Processing

After an order is placed, OMRIYA coordinates confirmation of the order details with the applicable supplier.

Processing time may vary depending on product availability, sizing requirements, customization and supplier preparation time.

Customers should provide accurate contact information so that we can communicate any necessary order information or updates.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

International delivery times depend on the supplier, shipping carrier, destination, customs processing and applicable regulatory requirements.

Typical delivery after dispatch may take approximately 5–14 business days, although delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping is complimentary for orders where complimentary shipping is displayed during checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, government inspection fees and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included.

6. Importer of Record

For international shipments, the customer is the importer of record unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The customer is responsible for:

• customs clearance;
• import duties and taxes;
• brokerage or customs processing fees;
• regulatory filings;
• government inspection fees;
• compliance with applicable import regulations;
• wildlife or CITES documentation where applicable.

7. Tracking

When tracking information becomes available from the supplier or shipping carrier, OMRIYA will provide or coordinate access to the available tracking information.

8. Regulatory Restrictions

Certain materials or products may be subject to import, export, wildlife or other regulatory restrictions depending on the destination.

An order may be delayed, restricted or unable to be completed if applicable legal or regulatory requirements cannot be satisfied.
