All products are shipped directly from independent international suppliers to the customer.

Shipping Origin
Your orders are shipped from our warehouses located in Greece, Turkey, and Ukraine.
Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on your U.S. state or destination country, local customs regulations, and the country of dispatch. On average, delivery takes approximately 5–14 business days. Our managers maintain constant communication, and if you provide the correct contact information, we will notify you in advance of any updates.
Shipping Costs & Customs Duties
Shipping is complimentary for all orders, regardless of the total amount. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility, in accordance with the legislation of the destination country. As the importer of record, the customer is responsible for:
- Import duties
- Customs clearance fees
- Brokerage charges
- Government inspection fees
Failure to pay customs charges may result in shipment refusal or destruction. Omriya is not responsible for such outcomes.
Packaging and Tracking Information
Each item is individually packed in branded protective packaging. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email for your convenience.
