1. Nature of Services

Omriya provides international purchase coordination and agency services. Omriya does not sell, manufacture, warehouse, import, or ship physical goods.

All products displayed on this website are manufactured and sold by independent third-party suppliers located outside the United States.

2. Agency Relationship

By placing an order, you authorize Omriya to act as your purchasing agent for the purpose of coordinating the acquisition of goods from international suppliers.

• Omriya does not take title to goods.
• Omriya does not become the owner of products.
• Omriya does not act as importer or distributor.

3. No Transfer of Title

Title and ownership pass directly from the supplier to the customer. Omriya never holds or controls the goods.

4. Importer of Record

You are the importer of record and are responsible for:

• Customs clearance
• Import duties and taxes
• Regulatory filings
• Compliance with U.S. customs laws
• Wildlife or CITES declarations (if applicable)

5. No Warranties

Omriya makes no representations or warranties regarding products. All warranties are provided solely by the supplier.

6. Limitation of Liability

Omriya’s liability is strictly limited to the amount of the service fee paid. Omriya is not liable for supplier performance, customs delays, regulatory inspections, or product defects.

7. Governing Law
